I like the way the movements flow together and increase the demands placed on our bodies and that we target different muscle groups . "I have been to lots of different exercise classes & have chosen to stick with Pure Pilates. The exercises vary each week which keeps it interesting & it feels fun as well as challenging as you progress each week. In quite a short amount of time I have felt the benefits especially to my pelvic floor which was very weak after having two children.
